The A-Walk was led by Phil Barker (pictured below) who stood in, at short notice, for Jill Johnson who was indisposed. There were six walkers in the group. The distance covered was 14.0 miles.
Leaving Waldridge on a westerly bearing, we navigated a route to Edmondsley and Burnhope. From here, we maintained our westerly trek in order to arrive in Lanchester at about 16:43 pm - in plenty of time for some refreshments in a local hostelry.
