Sunday Walking to Slapewath

On Sunday, 7th December, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Highcliffe Nab area of the North York Moors. All walks will start at the Cross Keys Inn on the A171 Middlesbrough Road {NZ 567 157} and finish in Slapewath {NZ 642 158} - see the following map.

The A-walk will take in Highcliffe Nab, High Moor, Birk Brow and Boosbeck.
 
The B-walk will visit Hutton Gate, Home Farm, Highcliffe Nab and Aysdale Gate.
 
The C-walk will pass through East Upsall Farm, Pinchinthorpe, Highcliffe Nab and a section of the Cleveland Way.
 
This is a Route 1 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Billingham: 9.30 am).
 
Note: Following the walks there will be a meal in the carvery at the Fox and Hounds Inn in Slapewath. This event costs £15.00 (meal and coach fare) and must be pre-booked. Bookings and payment to Mary on 01642-350504.
