Lakes Day: Sunday Walking to Keswick

On Sunday, 14th June, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the north-western area of the Lake District. All walks will finish in Keswick {NY 265 235} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Thornthwaite {NY 223 254} and will take in Grisedale Pike, Coledale Hause, Crag Hill and Causey Pike.
 
The B-walk will commence at Braithwaite {NY 231 236} and will visit Sleet Howe, Grisedale Pike, Coledale Hause and Coldale Beck.
 
The C-walk will set off from Armathwaite Hall {NY 208 324} and will pass through Scarness, Mire House, Dodd Wood and High Stock Bridge.
 
This is a Route 2 coach pick-up and is also an early start (Billingham: 8.30 am, Acklam: 8.45 am and Stockton: 9.00 am).
