Sunday Walking to Edmundbyers

On Sunday, 9th April, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Weardale area of County Durham. All walks will finish in Edmundbyers {NZ016.501} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Frosterley {NZ023.370} and will take in Bridge End, Hill End, Parson Byers, Stanhope, Steward Shield, Bolt's Law, Sandyford and Pedham's Oak.
 
The B-walk will commence at Stanhope {NY990.393} and will visit Steward Shield, Bolt's Law Sandyford, Pedham's Oak and Swandale Cottage.
 
The C-walk will also set off from Stanhope and will pass through Waskerley Way, Smiddy Shaw, Coalgate and Muggleswick Park.
 
This is a Route 3 coach pick-up (Acklam: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Billingham: 9.30 am).
