Sunday Walking to Alston

On Sunday, 6th August, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Weardale area of the County Durham region. All walks will finish in Alston {NY717.467} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Wearhead {NY857.394} and will take in Burnhope Seat, Hole House, Garrigill and a section of the Pennine Way.
 
The B-walk will commence at Killhope Cross {NY799.432} and will visit Perry's Dam, Priorsdale, Hole House, and a section of the Pennine Way.
 
The C-walk will set off from Nenthead {NY781.437} and will pass through Priorsdale, Ashgill Force, Garrigill and a section of the Pennine Way.
