Sunday Walking to Middleton-in-Teesdale

On Sunday, 14th March, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Teesdale area of County Durham. All walks will finish in Middleton-in-Teesdale {NY 948 253} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Eggleston {NZ 000 236} and will take in Islington Hill, Great Eggleshope, Hardberry Hill and part of the Pennine Way.

The B-walk will also commence at Eggleston and will visit Islington Hill, Little Eggleshope, Monk's Moor and Hudeshope.

The C-walk will set off from Egglesburn {NY 982 245} and will pass through Middleton, Newbiggin, and Stony Gill Head.

This is a Route 2 coach pick up (Billingham: 9.30 am, Acklam: 9.45 am and Stockton: 10.00 am).
