Our three walks on Sunday, 13th August, each took place in the
Nidderdale region of
North Yorkshire.
The B- and C-walks both took the form of circular routes from
Pateley Bridge while the A-walk
set-off from Studley Royal.
The A-walk was led by Phil Barker (pictured below). There were eleven walkers
in the group.
The route that the walkers took included Winksley, Low Grantley, Lumley Moor Reservoir,
Cast Hills, Dallow Hall, Dallowgill, Stope Bridge, House Moor and Bouthwaite. From here, the
remaining part of the route followed the Nidderdale Way along the eastern edge
of Gouthwaite Reservoir to reach Pateley Bridge.
