Sunday Walking to Reeth

On Sunday, 21st July, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Swaledale area of North Yorkshire. All walks will start at Gunnerside {SD 959 982} and finish in Reeth {SE 038 993} - see the following map.

The A-walk will take in Muker, Swinner Gill, Surrender Bridge and Barney Beck.
 
The B-walk will visit Whitaside Moor, Dents Houses, and Grinton Mill.
 
The C-walk will pass through Gunnerside Gill, Old Gang Mines, Surrender Bridge and Healaugh.
 
Note 1: Malcolm and Marjorie will arrange a D-Walk.
 
Note 2: Following the walking events, there will be a meal at the Buck Inn, Reeth. This event must be pre-booked and costs £17.00 (including the coach fare).
 
This is a Route 2 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Acklam: 9.15 am and Stockton: 9.30 am).
