Sunday Walking to Barnard Castle

On Sunday, 2nd March, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Teesdale area of County Durham. All walks will finish in Barnard Castle {NZ 051 166} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Whorlton {NZ 105 149} and will take in Wilson House, How Tallon, Thwaite and Rutherford Bridge.
 
The B-walk will commence at Gainford {NZ 173 168} and will visit Winston, Cleatlam, Streatlam Grove and Stainton.
 
The C-walk will also set off from Gainford and will pass through Whorlton, Mortham Tower and Eggleston Bridge.
 
This is a Route 2 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Acklam: 9.15 am and Stockton: 9.30 am).
