DAY 1 Walk Details

On Saturday, 10th May, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Ramshaw area. All walks will finish at the Winking Man hostelry on the A53 Buxton road {SK 025 637} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Axe Edge {SK 034 697} and will take in Three Shires Heads, Dane Valley Way, Lud's Church and The Roaches.
 
The B-walk will also commence at Axe Edge and will visit Three Shires Heads, Dane Valley Way, Lud's Church and The Roaches
 
The C-walk will set off from near Upper Hulme {SK 013 607} and will pass through The Roaches, Lud's Church and Clough Head.

On Sunday, 11th May, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Congleton area. All walks will finish at the Best Western Hotel in Alsager {SJ 801 545} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Lighthey {SJ 889 651} and will take in The Cloud, Gritstone Trail, Staffordshire Way, Congleton Edge and Mow Cop.
 
The B-walk will commence near Buglawton {SJ 877 638} and will visit the Macclesfield Canal, the Gritstone Trail, Congleton Edge and Mow Cop.
 
The C-walk will set off from near Scholar Green {SJ 831 571} and will take in a section of the South Cheshire Way, Mow Cop, Macclesfield Canal and Lawton Hall.
