Wednesday Evening Walking from Clay Bank (2012-08-08)

On Wednesday, 8th August, thirteen mid-week evening walkers met at 7:00 pm at Clay Bank car park for a five-mile circular walk around Urra Moor in Bilsdale. The clockwise circular route that the group followed took in part of the Cleveland Way, Carr Ridge, Round Hill, Medd Crag, Maltkin House, and Urra Farm. During the evening the weather was quite kind to us and the conditions underfoot were very good. There were some spectacular views from the high-ground and we had an exciting descent from Urra Moor down to Maltkins House.
