Early-July Mid-Week Walking (2016-07-04)

During the week beginning 4th July, Stockton Rambling Club will have TWO mid-week walks available. One is an evening walk and the other is a day walk.
 


The evening walk is on Wednesday, 6th July and will start at 7.00 pm from the Cross Keys Inn on Guisborouh Road {NZ 567 157} - see the map below.

Sunday Walking to Rosedale

On Sunday, 3rd July, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the South-Western area of the North York Moors. All walks will finish in Rosedale Abbey {SE 724 958} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Laverock Hall {SE 571 930} and will take in Stork House, Shaw Ridge, Low Mill and Low Thorgill.
 
The B-walk will commence at Nawton {SE 655 846} and will visit Kirk Dale, Fadmoor, Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham Ridge.
 
The C-walk will set off from Kirkbymoorside {SE 697 864} and will pass through Appleton-le-Moors, Scarth Wood and Hartoft Bridge.
 
This is a Route 1 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Acklam: 9.30 am).

Late-June Mid-Week Walking (2016-06-27)

During the week beginning 27th June, Stockton Rambling Club will have TWO mid-week walks available. One is an evening walk and the other is a day walk.

SPECIAL EVENT:
Long Distance Walk

On Saturday, 18th June, Stockton Rambling Club has a special event organised. This will take the form of a 20 mile long-distance walk. It will follow a circular route from the car park at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Centre in Grassington {SE 003 637} - see the following map.
