Early-May Mid-Week Walking (2018-05-07)

During the week beginning 7th May, Stockton Rambling Club will have TWO mid-week walks available. One is an evening walk and the other is a day walk.
 


The evening walk is on Wednesday, 9th May and will start at 7.00 pm from the Falcon Inn in Hilton {NZ465.114} - see the map below.

Sunday Walking to Sleights

On Sunday, 6th May, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the South-Eastern region of the North York Moors. All walks will finish in Sleights {NZ867.080} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Scaling {NZ744.128} and will take in Newton Bank, Hinderwell, Runswick Bay, a section of the Cleveland Way, and Sandsend.
 
The B-walk will commence at Swarth Howe {NZ843.088} and will visit Birk Head, East Barnby, Lythe, Sandsend and Aislaby.
 
The C-walk will also set off from Swarth Howe and will pass through Birk Head, Espsyke Farm, Hutton Mulgrave and Newholm.
 
This is a Route 1 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Acklam: 9.30 am).
