Early-August Mid-Week Walking (2019-08-05)

During the week beginning 5th August, Stockton Rambling Club will have TWO mid-week walks available. One is an evening walk and the other is a day walk.
 


The evening walk is on Wednesday, 7th August and will start at 7.00 pm from the Cross Keys hostelry {NZ567.158} on the A171 Guisborough Road, TS14 6RW - see the map below.

The day walk is on Thursday, 8th August. It will start at 10.30 am from Broompark Picnic Area (near Durham) {NZ250.415} - see the map below.

Sunday Walking to Middleham

On Sunday, 4th August, the Stockton Rambling Club will have four walks in the Ellingstring area of North Yorkshire. All walks will finish in Middleham {SE127.877} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Masham {SE224.809} and will take in Leighton, Red Way, Braithwaite Hall, Hullo Bridge and William's Hill.
 
The B-walk will also commence at Masham and will visit Ellingstring, Moor Cote, East Witton, Cover Bridge and Hullo Bridge.
 
The C-walk will also set off from Masham and will pass through Ramshaw, Jervaulx Abbey, Cover Bridge, and William's Hill.
 
There will also be a D-Walk.
