Early-January Mid-Week Walking (2017-01-05)

On Thursday, 5th January, Stockton Rambling Club has a mid-week walk in the Stokesley area of North Yorkshire. Please meet at 10.30 am at Stokesley Town Hall {NZ 526 086} - see the following map.

CHRISTMAS WALKS - 2016

Over the Christmas period, Monday 26th December through Sunday 1st January, Stockton Rambling Club has a series of car walks available.
 
These walks will all start at 10:00 am from the designated starting point. They will all be at C-Pace and will not be longer than 8 miles.

Sunday Walking to Guisborough

On Sunday, 18th December, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Kildale area of the North York Moors region. All walks will finish in Guisborough {NZ 614 158} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Clay Bank {NZ 572 034} and will take in Round Hill, The Incline, Kildale and Highcliffe Nab.
 
The B-walk will also commence at Clay Bank and will visit Clogger's Hall, Bank Foot, Kildale and Highcliffe Nab.
 
The C-walk will set off from Great Broughton {NZ 547 063} and will pass through Easby Firs, Little Ayton and Roseberry Common.
 
This is a Route 1 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Acklam: 9.30 am).

Sunday Walking to Richmond

On Sunday, 11th December, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Swaledale area of North Yorkshire. All walks will finish in Richmond {NZ 167 011} - see the following map.

The A-walk will start at Broken Brae {NZ 199 003} and will take in Easby Abbey, Aske Hall, Ravensworth and Coalsgarth.
 
The B-walk will commence at Richmond {NZ 167 011} and will follow a circular route that visits Gilling West, Ravensworth, Sturdy House and Coalsgarth.
 
The C-walk will set off from Brompton Bridge {SE 211 998} and will pass through Easby Abbey, Round Howe, and Low Applegarth.
 
This is a Route 2 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Acklam: 9.15 am and Stockton: 9.30 am).
