The B-walk will also commence at Clay Bank and will visit Cold Moor, Medd Crag and Round Hill.
The C-walk will set off from Stokesley
{NZ 526 087} and will pass through Dromonby Hall and Soloman's Porch.
This is a Route 1 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Acklam: 9.30 am).
Despite the inclement weather, our three walks on Sunday, January 19th, each took place in the Bilsdale area of the
North York Moors. The A-Walk started at
Great Broughton
while the B-Walk and C-Walk each set off from Clay Bank.
The A-Walk was led by Peter Cull - pictured below. There were five walkers in the group.
Our route covered a distance of 15 miles and took in Clay Bank, Carr Ridge, Urra Moor, Medd Crag, Seave Green, Cold Moor, Beak Hills, Lordstones, Carlton Bank, Gold Hill, Round Hill and Whorlton.

The A-walk will start at Skeeby {NZ 201 026} and will take in Hartforth, Ravensworth, Willance's Leap and Deep Dale.
The B-walk will commence at Richmond and will follow a circular route that visits Gilling West, Whashton and Willance's Leap
The C-walk will also follow a circular route from Richmond and will pass through Easby Abbey, Skeeby, Gilling West and Aske Hall.
This is a Route 2 coach pick-up (Billingham: 9.00 am, Acklam: 9.15 am and Stockton: 9.30 am).
Our three walks on Sunday, 12th January each took the form of circular routes from Sunderland Bridge in County Durham.
The A-Walk was led by Phil Barker (pictured below). Our route covered a distance of 16 miles and there were seven walkers in the group.
Our route took us to Holywell Hall, Tudhoe Lodge, the Brandon-Bishop Auckland Walkway, Furnace Mill Farm, Jubilee Bridge and Page Bank Bridge (using the Weardale Way), Whitworth Hall Country Park, Tudhoe Village, Nickynack Bridge, Coldstream Wood and Croxdale Viaduct. We arrived back in good time to enable us to enjoy some 'after-walk' refreshments in the Honest Lawyer Hotel in Sunderland Bridge.
